Cod in a new guise
This food tastes amazing, even though the composition may sound strange. One of the family favorites.
For two meals you will need:
2 slices of toasted bread, served with:
100 g cod fillet, pan-fried
2 tablespoons Dijon mayonnaise
Grated horseradish
Kapers
Pickled beets
Roasted serrano ham
The mayonnaise is made from 1 egg, 2 dl oil,
1 teaspoon of vinegar, a little salt and a small tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and use a hand blender to combine the mayonnaise. It will take 1 minute. Everything should be at room temperature.
