Simple autumn food
It's the season for pears and one of the things you can make with them is these wonderful snacks/bruchetta with pears, blue cheese and serrano. They taste great and are quick to make.
2 small pears
2 tablespoon honey
1 stick of fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon oil
4 slices of serrano
50 g blue cheese
50 g ricotta cheese
2 slices of bread
Peel the pears and cut them into thin slices, which are roasted in oil and honey until golden. Toast the bread and spread it with ricotta cheese. Spread serrano and blue cheese and decorate with the pear pieces.
