Shrimp snack
For 6 people:
6 slices of bread
100g shrimp
1 can of asparagus
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and peber
lemon
1 egg white
Cut the bread into round pieces with a glass and toast in a toaster. Mix all ingredients, except egg whites. Beat the whites until stiff and fold in carefully. Spread the filling on the toasted bread and bake the small snacks in the oven at 200 degrees until golden, which takes about 10 minutes.
