Serrano ham with red pesto
Pesto (enough for 2 glasses):
1 glass of sun-dried tomatoes
½ cup peppers
1 tablespoons almonds
2 cloves of garlic
50 g Parmesan cheese
Approximately 2 dl oil
Pour off the liquid from the tomatoes and peppers. Blend everything until smooth. Place some lettuce, tomato pesto, and a few slices of serrano ham on a piece of toasted bread. Garnish with parmesan pieces, flowers, and a few olives, if desired.
