Modern smørrebrød with salmon
Delicious and simple, this piece is modern smørrebrød with salmon. one of those dishes we can't get enough of in this house. We always buy the fish from the fishmonger, it just tastes so much better than the one from the supermarket.
1 pc. toasted rye bread, dressing of 1 couple of tbsp. sour cream mixed with 1 tsp. dijon mustard, salt, pepper, lemon and plenty of dill and chives. Then slices of avocado, leftover salmon and watercress on top.
