Caper sauce

One of my personal favorites is this caper sauce, as we call it. It can be eaten with many different dishes, including hot meat dishes or as a side dish for fish. In this article, I have made it into a piece of smørrebrød with roast beef. But we eat it for many different things. for "fish and chips" a good steak or an everyday minced steak.

for 2 people:

2 slices of toasted bread
8 slices of roast beef
Whole caper berries

 Caper sauce:

200 g mayonnaise
2 tbsp. creme fraiche
1,5 tbsp. capers
2-3 pcs. gherkins
1 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. chives
1 tbsp. parsley
2-3 tsp. Dijon mustard
salt, pepper and sugar

 Finely chop capers, onions, chocinons, chives and parsley. Mix it with mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and season with salt and pepper. Arrange cold cuts on the toasted bread, add caper sauce and garnish with large caper berries.
