Tapas wreath

The dish here is quite large and there is food for at least 6 people. Use it as inspiration and add anything you like. Among other things, I have used serrano ham, small snack sausages and cured sausage, which have been placed in a small shot glass so that roses are formed. I've also added salted almonds, olives, shortbread, brie, western cheese and bacon-wrapped dates that have been baked in the oven. The dish also contains dried apricots, pickled red onions root vegetable chips, jam, green pesto og bruchetta, which has been baked in the oven. You can choose to buy from most of it and just arrange it all really nicely, or you can make the things yourself. Make a base with some salad and arrange the liquids in small glasses. Make sure to distribute the different things over the entire wreath and decorate at the end with olives, red onions, etc.
