Dates in bacon wrap

It's so simple and just super delicious. I always use them when I make tapas, but they are also really delicious as an accompaniment to meat dishes. The sweetness from the dates and the salty bacon is just a wonderful combination.

The recipe is simple - a packet of good, fresh stone-free dals and a packet of sliced bacon is all that is needed. Cut the bacon slices in half, or use scissors it's easier. Wrap each date in bacon and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake them in the oven at 200 degrees until the bacon is completely crispy.
