Bruchetta with goat cheese

This recipe has become a family favorite. Some people have a "thing" with goat's cheese, I actually do too, but this way it tastes fantastic. You can of course also use other types of fat cheese. For example brie, or omit the cheese if you are not happy ofr cheese. It's brilliant if you have leftover bread and some ham left over.

As an appetizer for 6 people, you must use

1 flute or other leftover bread, 6 slices of serrano ham,

1 dl green pesto, 1 roll of fresh goat's cheese

Here's how you do it:

Cut the flute into small pieces, spread the pesto and place a slice of goat cheese on top. Pick small pieces of serrano and place a small piece on each piece of bread. Bake them in the oven at 200 degrees until they are crispy and golden. Make plenty, because they taste really good!
