Blinis with chunks of roe
For 4 people:
8 small blinis (or similar cut-out pieces of French bread)
200 g rockfish roe
3 tablespoons creme fraiche
A chopped red onion
Possibly wood sorrel
Arrange the cleaned rockfish roe on the bread. Add a teaspoon of creme fraiche to each and a little chopped onion. Serve immediately.
