Duck burger

Duck burger made from leftover roast duck:
Red Cabbage Coleslaw:
1,5 dl creme fraiche
1 tsp Dijon mayo
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoon of sugar
Fresh red cabbage
Burger buns

Stir the sour cream with Dijon mayo, salt, pepper, sugar and honey. Cut the cabbage into thin strips and add the dressing. Put the coleslaw on the burger bun together with strips of roast duck. Optionally served with French potatoes.
