Articles
Here I will take you into my universe. You can follow my everyday life here at Kærby Mølle, work on the magazine and find new articles about everything from good recipes and cozy DIY projects, a look behind the creation of the magazine, interior design tips, recommendations of shops, courses, trips and places worth taking a closer look at, and some of the best articles from magazines and books throughout time.
Recipes
I love good food, cozy company and inviting dishes – it's part of my lifestyle and my work. I have no training in cooking; it's solely the joy of making and eating good food that drives me. The food should be easy and accessible, made with ingredients that are easy to find and preferably in season.
In everyday life, cooking should be quick and easy, while on the weekend there is time for simmering food, homemade baking and dessert. A good meal is first and foremost about taste, but for me it is also about togetherness, joy of life and balance. No fanaticism – everything in moderation.
DIY - Projects
Here you will find inspiration for creative DIY projects in many forms. Creativity has always been a natural part of the Jeanne d'Arc Living universe and is repeated in both our books and articles. This is where ideas are allowed to grow, and where immersion and the joy of creation are at the center.
For me, the creative space is a place of peace and presence – preferably with others who share the same interest. That's why I'm now collecting selected ideas on this page so you can easily find inspiration and let your creativity unfold.
Flowers and garden life
Flowers and gardens bring joy, peace and harmony – regardless of size and experience. I have never been the nerdy gardener, but I have always loved spending time in the garden, creating cozy spaces and letting flowers and pots find their place.
For me, the garden is a place of contemplation and small joys, where the changing of the seasons can be experienced up close. Even when not everything works out, the garden provides peace, inspiration and the desire to embark on new projects every year. Over time, it has also become a source of bouquets, decorations and space for nature and biodiversity.
