French evening at Kærby Mølle

We are warming up for this summer's trips to France and inviting you to an evening filled with French atmosphere, delicious food and cozy get-togethers in beautiful surroundings. Kærby Mill.
We serve bubbles in teacups, which we learned from Angel, and then offers a menu inspired by our French friends:
Dick's Baked Cheese
French onion soup from the bistro in Sct. Suzanne
Mussels in a delicious sauce, ala Anette
Alain's grilled meat on the fire, with root vegetable puree
Isabelle's beautiful fruit tart
While we enjoy the food, we play soft French music, and Kærby Mølle will be decorated like a small French bistro. As the icing on the cake, there will be a concert with two of the members from “Mademoiselle de Paris - Duo”
Mademoiselle de Paris is centered around the French-speaking singer and actress Stinne Henriksen, who delivers a tribute to the French chanson, particularly inspired by icons such as Edith Piaf, and takes the audience on an atmospheric, French musical journey with classics such as "La vie en rose" and "Non, je ne regrette rien". Stinne Henriksen is known for her ability to convey French songs, which gives the concerts a true Parisian atmosphere. She is accompanied this evening by a skilled musician, on the accordion. The concerts are described as a festive, heartfelt and nostalgic trip to Paris, complete with humor, anecdotes and emotional interpretations
An evening in France – right in the middle of Denmark. Welcome to French evening at Kærby Mølle.
Registration is mandatory. Unfortunately, it is not possible to accommodate special dietary requirements for this event. Drinks are not included, but can be purchased. We will put together a small selection of French wines to match the food.
