When spring unfolds at Kollerup Gods, we invite you to a very special evening filled with stories, taste and atmosphere.
We start inside the estate itself, where landowner Niels Christian Selchau-Mark and his mother Pia Selchau-Mark offers a festive welcome and shares the history and soul of the place. Here, a glass of bubbles and small, delicious snacks are served as a foretaste of what awaits.
We then move down the avenue to "The Gallery”, where a beautifully laid long table awaits – decorated with spring flowers and tulips from the local tulip farm. Here, an exquisite 6-course spring menu, created by Mette Helweg, Vivian Christensen og Alex Kjaer Nielsen with a focus on the freshest seasonal ingredients – much of it grown in the estate’s vegetable garden and in the local area. Everything is made from scratch with care, love and respect for the organic ingredients. The menu is presented with a wine menu carefully selected by Wineboutique, which elevates the taste experience and completes the evening's gastronomic journey.
The evening is spiced up with musical performances, which creates the perfect atmosphere for an evening of community and spring.
