Grown flowers and bulbs
I show you here how you can preserve flowers by growing them. It is both easy and cozy and you can make decorations that last an infinite amount of time. The colors will fade a bit over time, but that certainly doesn't make them uglier if you ask me.
You can either buy small wax buttons or you can use leftover candles when making wax flowers. Put water in a pot and boil it. Put the candle in it so it melts. Take the pan off the heat and dip the roses in it and set them to dry one by one. Sometimes it can be a good idea to dip the flower twice. You can dip bulbous growths and various flowers. Try yourself a little.
The decoration is made in an old tureen made with shrubbery and waxed roses. First fill the terrine with oasis which is made wet and then first stick lots of shrubbery in there so that it is almost covered with greens. Fill it with the roses and possibly bridal veil, here in a beautiful purple colour. This decoration lasts for months.
