Romantic and magical bedroom

Create a dream of a bedroom. A place that feels magical. This bedroom is pure "worn and white", as we know it, and very romantic. The white, peeled metal bed is fantastically beautiful. Make a frame to hang beautiful textiles and lace from. Mount the frame securely in the ceiling, or as here around a few beams in the ceiling, if you are lucky enough to have one. Ask a professional or in a hardware store if you are in doubt about how to do it.

Lots of lace, both in the form of curtains in the window and as a bed canopy, is needed. Feel free to mix different types, depending on what you can now get hold of. Here it is a mixture of new lace curtains, bought in an interior shop, and fine, old ones with embroidery and lace. It certainly doesn't hurt to mix them up. If you want a complete style, chalky white old cotton bedding and plenty of pillows are a must – preferably with fine, lace interlining. Add old and new knitted bedspreads and ceramic pots with flowers.
