Make wreaths yourself from materials from the garden and forest

Once you get the hang of it, it's really easy to tie your own wreath. You can use all kinds of materials, almost without restrictions. You can also take a walk in the garden and in the forest and collected together, as we did. We hope you will be inspired. It's both cheap and easy, and you can get just the size you need. Divide all the materials into smaller pieces and piles so that they are ready for use. Make sure you have plenty of materials to work with, because there is always more to it than you think. It is good to have a plan of what you want to put on the wreath from the very beginning.

If you need a straw wreath at the bottom, you start by finding the thickness you want the wreath to have. Wrap floral wire or thin steel wire around the straw so that it is fairly firm. Continue until your wreath is the desired size. Wrap small bundles of your materials tightly around the straw wreath and secure with green floral wire. Continue the wreath around with the different materials so that they are well distributed. If necessary, put moss under most of it so that the straw wreath is covered. Make 5-6 places where there is only moss if you want an expression like in the picture just below, here. If you want a thick wreath, you need a lot of material, and you have to place them close together.
