Plant table - for work and pleasant moments

It is pure luxury with a large plant table. Here there is both space for work and fun. Actually, it is an old dining table that was bought at a flea market.

Since it must be able to stand outside in both summer and winter, it is important that it is protected in some way. The underframe of the table is painted with a black, full-covering wood protection. Then we put a zinc plate on the table. The plate is approximately 5 cm larger all around than the tabletop itself. It is attached all around with small pin stitches. It can be a little hard to bend the edges. Fasten the plate with screw clamps and use a rubber hammer to knock down the edges.

They decorate with baskets, jars, boxes and watering cans in all shapes and shades, so it can sometimes be difficult to find space for it all. Therefore, it is a good idea to choose a large table. Then all things can stand out and be decorative at the same time that there is still free table space.

Old soda bottles, old windows and birdcages go well with the old zinc things, and together with some delicious plants, they tell a story of times gone by.
