You can create French reveries with very simple means. An old bed, a small stool, a few pots of flowers, blankets and a few pillows, then you are well helped. The old, French bed is made of strong iron, so that it can last under the tree all year round, or at least throughout the summer. Maybe it gets a little more patina over time, but it doesn't make a mark. When decorating, inside and out, in French country style, it is very important that you use old, authentic things. It is important to create the right atmosphere. Olive trees and lavender in pots here give the feeling of French daydreams. They are planted in old olive bins, and we also found a single old olive barrel. Go ahead and dream!

When you decorate, whether outside or inside, it's about creating special atmospheres. Here we have prepared for lunch in the green. We still decorate our outdoor space in French country style, but here with a Nordic twist. Old, white iron chairs and an old, worn wooden table are used here. The cushions have been given the old, Danish cushion springs with embroideries and middle work. We have found a funny, old zinc egg box. It is large enough for you to store extra blankets and pillows here. The flowers are planted in old zinc things. The large bucket with the holes is an old coke bucket.

A French oasis
Not all of us have beautiful terraces where we can invite guests, or where we can just have fun and relax, but a lawn is just as well suited to the purpose. Here you can easily create a wonderful oasis both for yourself and for your guests. We love the French country style, so we have tried to create an atmosphere of French charm in the middle of a Danish lawn. The garden furniture is old, French iron furniture. To emphasize the atmosphere, it is important to have lots of beautiful plants. It seems cozy if you build a room on the lawn, so to speak. When you set up pots and barrels around the garden furniture, it also helps to create the illusion of an outdoor space. It's nice to have pillows and blankets in your little cozy nook. For them, we have chosen a large square wire basket. It is easy to throw blankets and pillows in when the dew falls in the evening.

It is a good idea to define your area when creating an outdoor space. Otherwise, it will often seem unmanageable and far too large. Then the idea of ​​the small, cozy oasis disappears. It is important that it is cozy and that there is plenty of atmosphere. It has to be an outdoor space that you want to be in.
