Edition 5

In stores from July 2nd.

When you hold this issue in your hand, it's high summer. The light is mild and generous, the garden is in full bloom, and the days feel long and vibrant. Of course, you'll find homes here, delicious summer food, and great ideas for creative projects you can throw yourself into. But this time, there's also plenty of garden and flower inspiration to delve into. That's part of the season. And maybe it's also part of the time we're living in right now.

Flowers and gardens take up more space than ever. We see them everywhere. In interior design, on social media, in conversations. Maybe because we need to immerse ourselves in something that grows. Something that follows its own rhythm. Something beautiful to rest our eyes on. It doesn't have to be perfect. In my eyes – and in many others' – the perfect is precisely the imperfect. The combination of the perfect flower in the middle of the wild. The sensual in the rustic. As in Tine's wonderful article about cosmos, which we bring in this edition, where the fine and the raw meet in a special balance. Right now, the gardens are at their most beautiful in our latitudes here in the Nordic countries. It's a time of year we love. A time when we gather, plant, pick and live a little more outside than inside.

Really good summer.
