Gratitude
We simply meet so many inspiring and nice people on our way. Lars and I went on a short bus trip in Berlin early this summer. It was a great experience, because we had never been there before. We went there because Lars in particular is very interested in history. We got the opportunity to go with Peter Ingemann as a guide. To that extent, it can be recommended. Peter is a fantastic person and a very witty storyteller - we got some really good stories along the way. However, that is not what I want to write about here, although the stories are really exciting. This is actually some of what he said several times on the trip.
He also spoke about GRATITUDE and HUMILITY. Gratitude to all his fans and to us who were on this trip. That we follow him, watch his TV broadcasts, listen to him and all his stories. It is not a matter of course and he is fully aware of that. He meets us at eye level and knows that without us, he cannot do what he does. It makes him both grateful and humble.
No comparison, by the way, I just 100% understand what he means by that! That's exactly how I feel myself. If you don't buy my magazine, I can't do what I do and love anywhere on earth. It also fills me with gratitude, almost every single day. I often get nice emails, messages and meet some of you who follow me, among other things at our JDL event on Saturday - and it just means SO much, you have to know that. So that's why I want to say THANK YOU! How wonderful it is that we have this common interest and that I can help make a difference for some of you.
A very good weekend to you - Vivian
