Stop food waste
A series you will be able to follow all year, here in 2023 - in the magazine Jeanne d'Arc Living, is about ideas for how you can use your leftovers in new contexts for new dishes. It is both bad for the wallet and the environment that we throw away so much. Many of the recipes are from the time when our mothers and grandmothers ran the household. Back then, there was a lot of focus on using everything up. In issue 1, you will find lots of ideas for what you can make out of your leftover bread. Among other things, delicious bruchetta, French toast and bread pudding. But you will also find the recipes for more common things such as ymer sprinkles, beer bread, croutons and breadcrumbs. In the next 7 editions, we have different "themes" and delicious dishes you can conjure up as easily as nothing. Mathilde and I have made small films for some of them, they are available as QR codes in the magazine and on You Tube.
Something else brand new in 2023 is that I'm starting to collect all our previous and also somewhat new food recipes, - and DIY ideas, in separate groups here on the website. Then you will always have easy access to them. However, it is a big and slow job, so you have to be patient.
