Summer memories

When it's summer, we always eat smoked cheese cream with salty crackers or homemade shortbread. The recipe comes from my mother-in-law and in my husband's family they have made it every summer. We have carried on the tradition and our own children love it as much as the rest of us. You get the recipe right here.

You must use; 1 tray of smoked cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 handful of chives, 12 radishes, 1/2 cucumber, 2 carrots, 1 tbsp. sugar, salt and pepper

Finely chop all the vegetables into small cubes. Mix smoked cheese with sour cream, sugar and salt and stir in vegetables and chives.
