A flower adventure

This year's weddings are being planned. in our own family there are a few again this year... The table setting and the flowers at a wedding are very important for the whole atmosphere. That's why I think you should have some inspiration with you on the way. In 2021, wedding organizer and floral artist Emma Cox told us in Jeanne d'Arc Living magazine how she started making these completely unique flower decorations in antique jars that she found at markets. She drove every week to France and bought as many beautiful French "things" as she could fit in her van. Home and sell it at fairs across the UK. This led to her buying flowers to fill the beautiful old jars and urns she had found, making wreaths and floral arrangements to make the things she sold more interesting. She was very successful with that and her passion for flowers grew in line with the business. Today, she makes a living arranging weddings with table settings, decorations, bouquets, church decorations and decorations for entire rooms.

Her bouquets and decorations are by no means traditional. She loves to let the flowers speak to her and let their natural shape tell her where to place them in the bouquet. There is always a focus on natural materials and wild arrangements. Therefore, her works can have very different expressions. In some, the style is raw and rustic, with brown colors dominating... In others, the colors are muted pastels, completely light tone in tone, white, cream and a touch of pink, when romance is to be at the fore.
