Danish summer nostalgia
Danish summers are unpredictable and fleeting, but to that extent worth waiting for. A summer day on a Danish beach is something completely different. The sea has always meant a lot to me, perhaps because I grew up by the sea. When I sit here and write about it, I can almost feel the heat of the sun, feel the smell of salt water and seaweed, feel the sand between my toes and the cold shiver that always comes from jumping into the water. where however I loved and still love it. I have so many memories from the sea. When the weather is good, Lars and I still go if we have the opportunity. It's part of enjoying the good days when you live in a country like ours and luckily we are privileged to often go off impulsively. We often go to North Jutland, where the small bathhouses are lined up by the North Sea - that's why I was also really happy when Mads wrote to me and told me that they at Klarborg have now made the cutest summer collection, including these small bathhouses. You can win the set of 2 houses and accessories by clicking in and following us on Instagram and entering the competition which runs for the next 3 days. You can see their entire new summer collection here: Klarborg Later this year, you will be able to read an article in the magazine where we tell the exciting story of Etly Klarborg, the creator behind the company.
