Table setting with a cozy cave atmosphere
Tine's Christmas table is elegant with dark colors and brass as a theme. Tine has supplemented with beautiful, old wine glasses and champagne flutes from France. The jar on the table is an old olive jar, which is filled with branches with lichen on them. The old brass stands come from France, where Tine often picks up items for her shop at various flea markets. They are decorated with a simple olive branch as a kind of garland.
Each plate is decorated with a napkin, tied with linen cord, a little soft one and old cowbells as well as small wooden hearts with Christmas text. The table is otherwise simply decorated with spruce branches, artificial snow, large cones and the fine reindeer in fabric.
The walls in the room are painted dark grey, giving a cave-like feel that is completely different from if they were painted white. Together with the dark textiles and the rustic decoration, it becomes a Christmas table that really stands out. The paper bells on the branch above the table are from the old JDL home, but you can probably find similar ones in other stores. Instead of chairs, Tine has placed wooden benches with leather on either side of the table.
