December 23: Edible Christmas wreath

Before the Christmas days go wild with fatty food and sweets, try this fun idea. An edible Christmas wreath. It's really fun to make, and there are countless possibilities once you get started. I have started with a light tapas dish, Bresaola, but completely traditional Christmas lunch dishes can also be prepared in this way. Get well.

Edible Christmas wreath Bresaola style
1 tray of arugula salad
12 slices of bresaola
1 piece of fresh mozzarella
2 tablespoons roasted pine nuts
A little balsamic glaze

Arrange the rocket salad on the bottom and shape it like a wreath. Then decorate with "flowers" folded from bresaola, pieces of mozzarella, pine nuts and finally some balsamic glaze.
