There is a bit of fun in going all-in with a color. We did a few years ago, an article with pink food, from which these pictures come. The recipe for Pannacotta is, however, from another article, but it is a really nice dessert that is also suitable for Christmas Eve if you are not fond of rice a la mande.

pink gin

GT is still one of the most popular drinks, and pink gin in particular is the thing. Make a beautiful pink gin and tonic for yourself or your guests and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs. 1 cl gin to 4 cl tonic. Lots of ice cubes.

Pink panna cotta

2 sheets house air
1/2 liter of cream
the seeds from 1 stick of vanilla
150 g sugar
50 g red berries
freeze-dried raspberries
pink sugar decorations

Soak the houseplant in cold water for approx. 10 minutes Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Put the cream, sugar, vanilla bean and pod in a small heavy-bottomed saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Remove the pan from the heat. Pull the cottage cheese out of the water and add it to the hot cream mixture. Stir until the cottage cheese is dissolved. Divide the portion in half and add blended berries, a little more in one portion, so they become different colors. Divide the panna cotta into 5 glasses and put them covered in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Decorate with sugar decorations and freeze-dried raspberries.
