Recycling can be many things, today I show you ideas from some of the articles we have brought over time about using old paper. You can use all sorts of different types of paper. Pages from old books, newspapers or anything else with writing on it. New newspapers can also easily be used. If you want the pages to look older than they are, a little spray of coffee can do wonders. Enter before or after you've done things.

One of the things we spend a lot of money on here in the run up to Christmas is wrapping paper. So using newspaper to wrap the gifts in is both really good for the environment and for the wallet. In addition, it is actually quite decorative. If you don't have pages that are big enough, simply glue them together into larger sheets before you wrap the gifts. You can also cover boxes with the paper, so the recipient of your gift has a nice box that can be kept.

The stalls are made of cardboard - which is then covered with the paper. It is glued on with an ordinary glue stick. You can cover the edge with fake fur or with a fine piece of ribbon, depending on what you have and can get. We have also decorated them with small crosses and the similisten. Another cute idea is to use a pretty page as a placemat. Really good fun.

Hugs from Vivian
