It's almost time to show you some more inspiration to make your own Christmas decorations. It was actually exactly what in its time - more than 18 years ago - founded Jeanne d'Arc Living, at the same time as we were creating books and freelance articles for other magazines. The "handmade" as we called it, was simply such a big part of our DNA that I still have a really hard time letting it go. That's why you still see articles in the magazine about just that. - even if we don't sell it anymore.

Today you get a motif that you can use to make a lot of delicious Christmas decorations. It is a sweet motif with a little girl sitting by a Christmas tree and with French writing in the background. The text “Joyeux Noël” means Merry Christmas in French. You can break it up to make cards and even from cards, where you glue it to a piece of cardboard and decorate it with a little lace and maybe a small button or other decoration. Or you can decorate books, candles, stalls, cake tins etc.

The small drums are made from a piece of cardboard tube from a paper towel. It is cut into smaller pieces and covered with the paper. A band covers the collection. The flat shopkeeper's house is a Christmas scented bag, but with various fragrant Christmas spices in it.
