December 1
Today and every day for the next 24 days, I will make a blog post with some of all the ideas we have brought to the magazine over the last 14 years. There are many things to take away and they are still inspiring, - when I had to sit and go through them all, to find the 24 things I wanted to show you, there were several things that I thought I had to do THAT myself again. :) I hope you want to follow along.. and I look forward to showing you everything.
Today, when we hit 1 December, you may not have had time to make a calendar decoration? Fortunately, you can still achieve that. The ones you see here are all very simple and really quick to make, with very few things. Find a jar, an ice cube tray, maybe an old tureen or vase - whatever you have. Put stones in the bottom and a piece of clay or oasis is put in it. Put a calendar candle in. If you don't have one with numbers on it, you can write them on with a marker. If you choose a large block light, so that it almost fills the entire pot, you don't need much "green". A little dried hydrangeas, cones or moss branches are enough. It can also just be a bit of moss. It hardly gets any easier.
