1. Basis of agreement

These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all purchases of events, courses, tours and digital publications via our website. The agreement is concluded when you have completed your order and received an order confirmation from us.

2. Products and services

We offer the following categories:

• Events and courses (online and physical participation)

• Guided tours and travel experiences

• Digital publications such as e-books, digital magazines and downloads

Physical publications (printed books and magazines) are sold primarily through our collaborating stores and distributors - please contact them for their own terms and conditions.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Danish kroner including applicable VAT.
Payment is made upon ordering and full payment obligation accrues upon completion of the order.

We accept the card types and payment methods shown on our website.

4. Binding purchase

Purchase of events, courses and tours are binding and non-refundableOnce the purchase is completed, the order is final and we do not offer any refunds for cancellations – not even in the event of illness or force majeure. We will always help to try to sell the ticket elsewhere.

5. Travel guarantee, package holiday and travel insurance

We are a member of Travel Guarantee FundFor tours and travel arrangements it is It is the customer's responsibility to take out and ensure appropriate travel and cancellation insurance. before departure (e.g. the fund does not cover cases such as illness, injuries or cancellations). There is therefore no coverage through us beyond what the Travel Guarantee Fund may offer in the event of bankruptcy.

6. Digital publications

When purchasing digital products, you will have access to them immediately after payment.
You have the right to read the content; you must do not resell, distribute or share files without our written permission.

8. Provision of services

• Events, courses and tours: You will receive confirmation with all practical information via email at the latest upon booking.

• Digital products: Delivered via download link or access portal after payment.

9. Changes and cancellations

We reserve the right to change the program, time and location of events, courses and tours, as long as the change does not significantly impair the service. In the event of significant changes, we will contact you directly.

10. Liability and limitation

We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but cannot guarantee that products, descriptions or dates are error-free. We are not liable for indirect loss or damage beyond what is legally required.

11. Personal data

Processing of personal data takes place in accordance with our personal data policyThe customer's data is only used to process the order and communicate any changes.

12. Applicable law and disputes

Any dispute will be settled according to Danish law, and Danish courts are the venue of first instance.
